Hello,
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Michigan Child and Adolescent Data Lab. I am working with the State to create the CFSR measures using the AFCARS and NCANDS files and I wonder if there is anyone who runs the measures on a regular basis. I am looking for someone we can pay for some consultation in creating the measures. The State is interested in creating both the yearly estimates and monthly estimates.
