In MN the majority of the cases are screened out and we never hear about them--of course that means that child offenders don't get evaluated to see if they are also victims.
In ND it depends on the county. Larger counties, that we work closely with (and have taught on this subject) will get the kids into a forensic interview. The outlying counties may screen and not do anything with it.

Hello everyone. How are reports of child-on-child molestation handled in your jurisdiction? Is there a protocol for their investigation or are they screened out? Also, does anyone know of statistics on the rate or occurrence of child-on-child reports? Thanks!
